We offer a 14 days refund policy, if you are not satisfied with our product you can initiate a return within 14 days after the delivery.

After 14 days since the delivery of the product, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

To return your item you must send an email to support@kutsu.com.

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the status of your refund. It will be refunded to your original payment method. It usually takes 4-5 working days for your bank to process the refund.

If you haven’t received a refund within 4-5 working days after our confirmation, please use the reference number provided to contact your bank to check the status from their end.
